_Bishop Henry Phillips Jr.
Bishop Henry Phillips Jr. is a native of East.St.Louis, IL. He
is the second child of Mr. and Mrs. Henry and Mae Belle Phillips three
children. He was reared with a solid Christian foundation. At the tender
age of ten, he accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. In the formative
years of his Christian walk, he served as a faithful worker within his
local church and held several leadership positions such as an Usher,
Choir Director, Adult Sunday School Teacher, and Youth Ministry Coordinator in the District W.P.W.W., State Minister of Music for the Illinois S.E. Jurisdiction of the Churches of God In Christ.
In the spring of 1991, he was united in marriage to Patricia M. Brewer. Three years later in January 1994, they founded and began the pastorate of Power of Change Ministries. At present, they reach a congregation of over 1,200 members including the Power of Change Christian Center second location in Mount Vernon, Illinois .
Bishop Henry Phillips is the president of the E.C.F.I (Ecclesia Covenant Fellowship International) were he serves as an apostolic covering for churches and ministries in both the United States and Africa.
He studied theology at the Christian Life School of Theology, Atlanta Georgia. Bishop Phillips continued his ministry studies at the St. Louis Bible College, St. Louis Missouri and received his Doctorate of Religious Philosophy at Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary in Tampa, Florida. He is a member of the Joint Colleges of African American Pentecostal Bishops; he serves as the Police commissioner of Cahokia, IL. Bishop Henry Phillips Jr. has been awarded the Prestigious Catholic Servant Award for "Outstanding Community Service"; he is also a member of the Illinois State Treasurer Advisory Team. Bishop Phillips has a number of certifications in Christian marital and human behavior counseling, church growth, leadership development and he is currently working on the completion of his first book.
As stated earlier he is married to Dr. Patricia Phillips and through their union they celebrate three sons; Rickey, Demetric and Corey.

_Dr. Patricia M. Phillips is a native of East St. Louis, IL.
She is the seventh child of Mr. and Mrs. Spencer and Ethel Brewer
eleven children. She was reared with a solid Christian foundation. At
the tender age of eleven, Dr. Patricia Phillips accepted Christ as her
Lord and Savior. In the formative years of her Christian walk, she

Dr. Patricia travels throughout the country ministering to those who are experiencing hurts and transitions. The thrust of her unique anointing has allowed her to stand in places where women have never stood before and deliver a cutting- edge message that crosses racial, gender, and denominational barriers.
She is the president of the P.M.P. Ministries; an outreach ministry of P.O.C.C.C. which is a national ministry design to encourage the Body of Christ to live and the pursue the highest will of God in their lives. Dr. Patricia Phillips is also the president and founder of the First Lady Connection, a ministry designed to bring fellowship and empowerment to pastor’s wives. She has authored several workbooks, including A Journey through Healing to Wholeness and Reconstructing Family Values.
On March 27, 2009, Trailblazers International Ministries awarded Dr. Patricia Phillips the “Keepers of the Flame” Certificate of Excellence and Honor for her service unto the Lord.
Dr. Patricia Phillips serves as Overseer at Power of Change Christian Church Mt. Vernon, the second location of Power of Change located in Mount Vernon, Illinois. On October 18, 2009 Dr. Phillips was awarded the Apostolic Pioneering Award and recognized for her visionary leadership and church growth strategies. Also on this date Dr. Patricia M. Phillips was elevated to Senior Pastor of Power Of Change Christian Church in Mt. Vernon.
She studied at the Christian Life School of Theology, Atlanta GA. and at the Concordia University in St. Louis, MO. with an emphasis on Management and Communications. She received her Doctorate of Religious Philosophy from Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary in Tampa, Florida.
Dr. Patricia is the proprietor of the “Total Elegance Preferred Salon”. She has been award with the "2006 Better Business Bureau Award ". She has been inducted into the V.I.P. status of the Cambridge Who’s Who Registry of Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurs 2008-2009 edition. Dr. Patricia Phillips has a number of certifications in Christian marital and human behavior counseling, church growth, and leadership development.
